We maintain a structured pool of companies across industries and regions. Each entry is categorized using high-level signals such as industry, primary country, audience type, site profile, and business maturity. This allows fast filtering and early removal of obvious non-fits before deeper review. The pool is continuously refreshed and refined. It serves as a foundation — not a static list.
2. Directed prospect discovery
Targeting can be steered in a specific direction using our structured prospect discovery tool. Instead of manually searching and collecting companies one by one, businesses can be identified by keyword and geography in minutes using defined criteria. Clients can run discovery themselves or define targeting criteria with us and have us run it on their behalf. Discovered companies do not move directly into campaigns. They first enter a separate intake stage, where eligibility is reviewed before admission into the main sourcing pool.
3. Intake & eligibility review
Companies entering through discovery are reviewed before becoming eligible for campaigns. This includes checks such as live website presence, suitable public contact channel, basic compliance standards, and clear business relevance. Only entries that meet these standards are admitted into the sourcing pool.
4. Campaign-specific curation
Regardless of origin — maintained pool or discovery — companies are not automatically contacted. Before outreach begins, the final target list is curated using your ideal customer profile, offer relevance, geographic fit, exclusion rules, and operational safety considerations. The objective is not maximum volume. It is relevance.
